Your Role
As a Junior IT Support Technician at Incito, you’ll work alongside our senior specialists as part of our client-facing team, delivering exceptional IT support and services to our diverse national client base. Based at our Springfield Lakes head office, you’ll work both on-site and at client locations, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first-line and escalated IT support to clients across multiple industries
- Perform system maintenance, including patching, updates, and remedial work
- Install and configure IT equipment, including PCs, servers, printers, and network devices
- Manage and maintain client Active Directory environments
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service records
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
- Work independently at client sites while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Participate in after-hours support rotation when required
- Travel to client sites as needed (own vehicle required).

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Active Directory
- Proven hardware and software troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of network infrastructure and printer management
- Understanding of documentation and communication skills
- Valid Australian driver’s license and own vehicle
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
